Wave Ray Buffs
- This is a popular Buff in stainless steel and aluminium metal polishing.
- It is used mainly on automatic machines.
- The Biased Buff is supported with double layers of cotton cloth over Sisal cloth.
- High width corrugation resists the heat and helps to circulate the air to prevent the workpiece from heating.
- Its corrugated wavy shape increases the production rate and provides flexibility. This results in ventilation with high aggressiveness in the Buff to furnish better surface finish and high compound retention.
Air-Way Buffs
- Universally used buff in all polishing industries.
- Airflow shape provides flexibility, ventilation, and cooling.
- Biasing helps in increasing life and unravelling.
- Stiffness, aggressiveness and life depends on various treatments.

Solid Compound
- Used on metals like SS, Brass, Copper and Aluminium.

Liquid Compound

- Pressurised tank and spray gun are used to spray the liquid compound at predefined regular time slots.
